【Ready for the appointment at Cantillon this afternoon.】
I'm all prepared, with a list of questions for Jean van Roy. After the bottling in the morning, I'll have an interview with the hero behind the lambics. Instead of being only a beer journalist, I was at first looking forward to taking part in the brewing day as brewer's little helper. Unfortunately, the weather is not yet ideally cold enough for brewing these days in Brussels, so I haven't got the chance this time.

【今天要當小記者】
原本今天要到Cantillon當一日釀酒師。但昨天得知,由於布魯塞爾最近晚上都超過11°C,不夠冷。晚間溫度最理想是2-3°C,最溫暖也必須8°C以下才行。廠長Jean van Roy說,原料都備妥了,但是看情況大概還要再等三個禮拜才能釀造。我此行當不成一日釀酒師,但一日小記者絕對沒問題。我已經把問題都準備好了,等酒廠上午裝瓶完畢,我就要來跟廠長喝一壺Lambic,探一些內幕。
